I recently visited Baguley Pharmacy for my travel vaccinations, and I can't thank Usman enough for the outstanding service. I was extremely nervous about having my travel vaccines, but Usman was calm, patient, and incredibly reassuring from start to finish.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. His friendly and professional approach really helped to calm my nerves, and the vaccinations were quick, gentle, and much easier than I expected.

The level of care and customer service was exceptional. I would highly recommend Baguley Pharmacy, and especially Usman, to anyone needing travel vaccinations—particularly if you're feeling anxious. Thank you again for making what I thought would be a stressful experience such a positive one!

Ali has been really helpful and professional in freezing my skin tags. He identified ones that I could not see but then could feel. He has successfully removed 8 skin tags. He was up front about the fact that I may require more than one treatment for bigger skin tags.
I would recommend the service here at Baguley Pharmacy.

I would like to share my recent experience of cryotherapy treatment at Bagley Pharmacy.
As a mature woman, I had two dark brown age spots/pigmentation patches on my face that were quite noticeable - I really disliked them! I had read about the cryotherapy service but because the patches were on my face, I was understandably a little hesitant.
After a consultation with Ali at the pharmacy, I felt much more confident about going ahead with the treatment. Ali is clearly highly skilled and knowledgeable, and he took great care throughout the entire process. One of the patches was located just below my brow bone, so he used a special protective guard to shield my eyelid and eye during the procedure.
The treatment itself was quick, straightforward, and completely painless. Less than two weeks later, I am absolutely delighted with the results. My skin healed quickly and the brown spots are now a thing of the past. An improvement that has made such a difference to my personal confidence.
